Something New

This little jar has been taking some of my time here lately. I found this jar at a flea market and knew exactly what I wanted to do with it. I made the roses and leaves out of clay. Primmed and painted the lid and then painted the roses and leaves. Then I made the beaded front. It also has one pink crystal in the center. I think this would be so lovely on a dressing table or dresser. When the lid is closed it will be air tight. The jar was made in France. I will be listing it on Tattered Elegance & Close Creations tomorrow.

Now for some lace~

Here is some beautiful bridal lace that I found at a garage sale. It will be great to use with your crafting. I will try to list this on My Ebay tomorrow. Two of them are 2yards and two are 3yards. I think they will dye well too.

Hope you enjoyed my things. I have to try to get some pottery painted tomorrow. I am repairing some Weller, Roseville, and Hull right now. And I need to get it finished.

Wish you all a wonderful day.
Smiles,
Pat

Pat, Your jar is amazing!!! I love it! Thank you for the advice on the pickle jar.... I save everything and cannot think about throwing it away! My studio looks like a recycle bin.. But I usually find a use for everything. LOL Thanks for stopping by my blog, I am sure I will be back here again soon!
Hugs and blessings,
Yvette
