These are some pictures of beautiful calendar ladies from 1894. I bought them in an antique mall here in Fort Worth, the lady was going out of business and she had been selling them for $25 each, but that day she was having a half price sale so I got both for that price. I really couldn't afford to pay that much, but Ladies, pictures or figurines are my weakness, so I put it on my credit card and that was several years ago. I have been looking for them for months, I knew I put them in a folder, but couldn't remember what I did with it. Well a couple of nights ago I was going through some things and there they were. I was so happy. So I thought I would share them with all of you. I think they are soooo lovely......hope you do too.
Here they are in black and white. Just as lovely this way
Hope you enjoy them!! Oh yes, and I hope every one will have Charlene and her honey Larry on their prayer list. Please pass the word around so we can get the heavens bombarded with prayers for them. This is the sweetest couple and they are really in need of our help.
Beautiful pictures. I love these kinds of things, too. What attracts me is their clothing. I LOVE their dresses! Thank you for sharing them with us. Patricia :o)
Oh Pat, these are so beautiful to me!!!!! Thank you very much for being so generous to share them ~ and I am keeping Charlene and her hubby both in my prayers!!!! Have a wonderful fourth of July sweet friend, hugs and love, Dawn

Oh thank you for these beautiful calendar prints! Your weakness is our gain--ha ha! I actually came by to visit your Where Bloggers Create post and will head there next. I was trying to figure out why your name/blog sounded so familiar and then it hit me. I think I bought some beautiful lace from your Etsy shop once. I was the crazy lady who headed out on vacation and had to mail you cash from the beach. You were so sweet about it. Thanks again for these lovely prints! Xo, Sue
Thank you for stopping by to meet me and hear about My Tattered Elegance.
My name is Pat, I'm a self taught artist, junker and creative person. I paint on nearly any surface, make ribbon roses one petal at a time, do ribbon embroidery, form roses from the oven baked clay. I also do some sewing for my home.
My favorite pasttime is not going shopping at the mall, it is going shopping at a good yard sale, or fantastic estate sale or a big flea market. The thrill of finding that special something is better than chocolate (and I love chocolate). I'm even one of those ladies that stop and load my car with the cast offs on the side of the curb. Some of the curb trash becomes my best finds.
I'm at home here in Fort Worth, Texas and love it. I have a married daughter, Kim. She doesn't have any children only three cats. I also have a married son, Kent. He has two sons, Bryce and camron. Also one daughter, Payton. She is the one that comes and paints with me. And she loves to use my beads to make jewelry. Grand-daughters are so much fun.
