SALT & PEPPER SHAKERS AND PAINTED LACE

Today I finished up the salt and pepper shakers that I had been working on. They are some old tarnished ones that I found at a garage sale. I remembered seeing some on Dawn's blog and tried it on mine. I used old photo's and in the other one I made a hand made silk ROSE with leaves. I like the bling in front.

And yesterday I was painting lace. I dyed all of these and lots more with rit dye, but I painted the dye on with a paint brush. I've got more to do but I thought I would give you a look.

Hope everyone has a wonderful night.
Hugs, Pat

Pat,
Those shakers looks so cute, I always see the silver ones a little tarnished and wonder what I could do with them. The dyed lace is awesome. I've experimented with root vegetables for dye. Beets are wonderful. Kids are doing better, thanks for the concern. Hope to see you Saturday. Lisa
